📌 Nail Appointment Policies Hey babes! Please read carefully before booking 💅 💵 Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to book—it goes toward your nail set. ⏰ Grace Period: You have a 10-minute grace period. 🚨 Late Policy: 15 minutes late = $10 late fee 30 minutes late = appointment canceled + 20% of your set will be charged 🚫 No Extra Guests: For safety and space, no guests or children allowed. ❌NO REFUNDS. ❌ Cancellations & Rescheduling: You must cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance or a 20% cancellation fee will be charged. If you reschedule less than 48 hours in advance, it counts as a cancellation: you’ll be charged the 20% fee and will need to pay a new deposit to book the new appointment. If you reschedule, then later cancel that rescheduled appointment, you will still be charged the 20% fee from the original appointment. 📷 Nail Inspo: Please DM your inspo photo at least 48 hours before your appointment so I can prep! 📲 Arrival: Message me when you arrive so I can let you in!
